Exchanges and Returns

You can return items within 14 days of receipt. This can be done both online and in-store. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and resolve the issue for you.

Normally the amount will be refunded within 2 working days. However, sometimes the processing time can vary per bank, and in exceptional cases it can take up to 10 working days.

RETURN ONLINE ORDER

Register your return by sending us an email with your order number and the email address you used to place the order. Pack your items in the original packaging and stick the return label, which you will receive from us by email, on the package. Then take the package to a drop-off point near you. You are responsible for the shipping costs, with the rates set by the carriers

RETURNS IN STORE

You can return items within 14 days of receipt completely free of charge in our store in Eindhoven. Returns in the store are free.

NOTES

Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned. In addition, all items related to the 3+1 or 2+1 free promotion can only be exchanged.
