Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty on discoloration and an 8-week warranty on broken items, calculated from the date of purchase. This warranty period cannot be extended if you start wearing the jewelry later. Did you receive a damaged or defective product? Please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Store Purchase: Please contact the store where you purchased the product and bring your proof of purchase.
  • Online order: Send us an email at info@liloujewelry.nl with a photo of the item and your order number.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Scratches or signs of wear from normal use.
  • Damage due to improper use or incorrect storage.
  • Items that have been modified by third parties or outside of LILOU Jewelry.
  • Lost jewelry (such as a single earring); we need the defective item for repair or compensation.
